JDK 21 and pnpm were downloaded and configured manually. Postgres, Redis, MinIO, and Docker are all missing; the app's dependency services cannot run. Backend tests use H2 in-memory mock DB and mock Redis auto-config exclusions for the app module, plus pure unit tests for domain/auth/infra. Frontend individual tests run correctly but the full suite OOMs.
