Frontend Next.js app serves on port 3000, backend FastAPI serves on port 8000 proxying to a mock MuAPI on port 9000; root page and workflow listing page both return HTTP 200, backend health check returns 200, and all workflow API endpoints respond correctly through the mock.

No project-level test suites exist. Frontend and backend launch cleanly. Backend proxies all API calls to a mock MuAPI server. Workflow listing page renders with mock data and returns HTTP 200. Backend health endpoint responds 200. All workflow CRUD and run endpoints respond correctly through the mock.
