Hajimari server binary builds and runs on port 3000, serving the Svelte frontend (HTTP 200) and all JSON API endpoints (startpage, apps, bookmarks) with the in-memory store.

Built and ran successfully. Uses memory store to avoid /data and kubeconfig dependencies. All 4 HTTP endpoints (/, /startpage, /apps, /bookmarks) returned HTTP 200. No test suite exists in the repo (21 packages compiled cleanly).
