Built plain ./configure with PCRE2 and zlib bundled; no Tongsuo, xquic, or Lua (those need --without-* or fetched deps). libssl-dev was already installed. 18 nginx-compat tests + 4 tengine-specific tests passed via prove (554 total assertions). test-nginx suite skipped due to missing Shell.pm Perl module.
