Kosty installs in a venv and its CLI runs end to end against a local AWS mock: ebs/iam/lb checks, full audit (31 services, 23 issues) and AI audit (6 issues) all exit 0 and write decodable JSON reports.

No test suite exists in the repo (no pytest/unittest). Verified via moto mock AWS (tier2); two one-line CLI bugs found and fixed.
