Ludusavi v0.31.0 builds and links successfully, all 270 tests pass, and the CLI binary responds correctly to --help, --version, backup --preview, and manifest commands.

Built from source with cargo. Full app with GUI and CLI built. 270 tests pass (242 library + 28 bin). CLI commands work: --help, --version, backup --preview, manifest --help, api. GUI fails to render in headless env (expected - no GPU). System dev packages not installed due to no root; resolved via downloading .deb and extracting .pc files + stubs.

Argusic installed ludusavi in 25 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 3 of 3 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
