What the test found
Concrete CMS 9.5.4-dev dependencies installed from the lockfile into concrete/vendor, the full PHPUnit suite passes 3180 tests / 10102 assertions, and the codebase is clean ('?? .codex-tools/' only, binary tools removed from the repo).
test_depth is tier2_mock, not tier1: the suite ran against MariaDB 10.11.11 I stood up in /home/runner/mysql-test (tests/config/database.php expects MySQL root/root on 127.0.0.1:3306, exactly what CI defines), not against a real MySQL 5.7 and not via a real HTTP install. composer.lock not modified; Composer v2.10.3 enforces a new advisory-block policy that earlier CI Composer did not, hence the install errors
Argusic installed concretecms in 16 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 3 of 3 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
