Primo CMS v3.3.2 builds and runs: Go binary (54 MB) built from source, database initializes with all 40 migrations applied, REST API responds 200 on /api/health, admin page serves at /admin/setup, Go test suite passes (internal + migrations), and all 182 integration tests pass with 0 failures and 0 svelte-check warnings.

Full build pipeline: npm install, npm run build (SvelteKit frontend), common bundle build, go build. All three test suites pass. Server starts and responds on :8090.
