What the test found

With Node v22.14.0 from /tmp, npm install plus manually added native binary packages yields a clean Vite build ('✓ built in 2.62s'), a running dev server (HTTP 200 on /, /projects, /team, and detail routes), and a real headless-Chromium render of the dashboard with zero console or page errors.

Frontend-only Vite/React app with bundled dummy data; no API keys, no backend. Playwright Chromium installed as an untracked dependency and cached browser in ~/.cache for verification only; tracked package.json/package-lock.json untouched. Native optional dependencies must be added manually after install (repo lockfile defect). Lint is not clean due to upstream errors.

Argusic installed project-management in 50 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 3 of 4 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
