Dockly installs, lints pass, --version and --help work, and the full TUI initializes against a mock Docker daemon with all dockerode API calls responding correctly.

Installed 674 packages (npm install) with engine-strict=false. Lint and lockfile-lint tests pass (standard, 0 issues). Node.js v18.19.1 available vs required >=24.0.0 — all core deps (blessed, dockerode, chalk, etc.) work fine, only dev deps (semantic-release) require newer Node. Mock Docker daemon verified all dockerode APIs: ping, listContainers (1), listImages (1), systemDf, getInfo (host: mock-host). Full TUI screen.init() succeeded with mock daemon, blessing terminal widgets initialized without errors.
