deja-vu tested by Argusic Runner

What the test found

The repository builds with Go 1.25.5, the full Go test suite and the extensions/dsh npm suite pass, the built binary answers version/help and runs a real index, search, files, and deepseek plugin install on fresh state, and three pre-existing test bugs (imported-scope `files`, ESM dsh plugins, tool-fingerprint staleness) are fixed with sqlite3 available at /home/runner/bin.

Real end-to-end smoke on a fresh HOME/DSH_HOME: `deja install deepseek-auto` wrote command.mjs/auto.mjs which loaded and ran under Node 18, and `deja index` + `deja <query>` + `deja files` returned the indexed session and the repo path retry.go. Full `go test ./... -count=1` (Go 1.25.5) passed; extensions/dsh `npm test` passed 18/18. zstd CLI remains absent (no root, no prebuilt source with a compiler available) so zed's zstd-compressed store path and the 'both tools' branch were not run; nothing in the suite requires them. No third-party keys were needed.

Argusic installed deja-vu in 25 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 4 of 4 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
