Ran ./configure, make libhv, make examples, make unittest, bash scripts/unittest.sh, and make check. All unit tests passed, httpd started and served HTTP 200 responses, benchmark ran 590k req/10s. sudo not available in container for 'make install', but build artifacts and headers are present.
