What the test found

The ESP32 firmware HomeKey-ESP32.bin (1.7 MB, 6 segments, valid checksum) builds successfully using ESP-IDF v5.5.5; all 12 host-side unit tests for the DigitalDoorKey cryptographic protocol component compile and run, with 11 passing and 1 pre-existing BLE flow test failing due to an assertion mismatch

ESP32 firmware for HomeKey-ESP32 builds successfully with IDF v5.5.5 targetting esp32. The firmware binary (1.7 MB, 6 segments) passes esptool checksum validation. The web UI (Vue.js/Svelte) builds via bun under Node.js v20. Host-side unit tests in the DigitalDoorKey component build and run on the host: 11/12 pass (1 pre-existing failure in aliro_ble_flow_test). The standalone tests verify real cryptographic and protocol logic end-to-end without mocks beyond a simulated endpoint harness. The firmware itself cannot be flashed in this container (no ESP32 hardware), but the build pipeline and host tests are verified.

Argusic installed HomeKey-ESP32 in 20 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 4 of 4 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
