All 343 tests pass, all packages build (core ESM+CJS+types, React wrapper, standalone IIFE+ESM bundles, and the playground static site), the CLI validates JSON and serves an interactive Gantt viewer on port 3456 returning HTTP 200.

Node.js 18.19.1 is below the minimum 20.0.0 required by package.json. All operations succeed but produce npm EBADENGINE warnings. No third-party credentials were needed for the core, CLI, or validation path; Firebase-dependent features (CRDT cloud rooms) would require real Firebase credentials and are not exercised.
