pnpm monorepo installs cleanly, CLI builds to dist/hostc.mjs, all 51 unit/integration tests pass, wrangler dev serves the tunnel API at localhost:8787 creating real tunnels, and the CLI binary reports version 2.0.4 with correct help output.
