The entire test suite passes (315/315), the symbol universe scanner downloads and filters 5,942 US stocks, the news monitor fetches current RSS headlines, the entry timer correctly reads offline 5-minute bar fixtures and reports trigger states, the exit planner computes stops and targets, and the time-machine replays 10,000 simulations plus historical sessions from real data.

Zero-dependency project (Python stdlib only). All 315 tests pass. Tools work online (universe, news) and offline (entry, exit, timemachine, scanner orb) with the supplied fixtures. Full daily scanner hangs on network fetch on a weekend, but works with --limit N.
