codemap and codemap-mcp build and run with bundled ast-grep, the HTTP API answers 200 on /api/health, the MCP server completes the initialize handshake, and the full Go test suite passes.

Go project, no desktop app, no media, no third-party keys. Ran install (make build), version, structure map, deps (coverage complete with bundled ast-grep), importers, find, skill list, # serve (health 200, context 200), MCP initialize handshake, setup/doctor/watch/handoff on scratch clone. Full go test ./... passes under clean env (16 of 16 packages ok).
