546 tests pass on Python 3.13.1 with Home Assistant 2025.4.4 and pytest-homeassistant-custom-component 0.13.236; the ocpp integration loads and communicates over real OCPP WebSockets with v1.6 and v2.0.1 charge points.

The pinned test framework requires Python >=3.14 (not available). Used pytest-homeassistant-custom-component 0.13.236 with HA 2025.4.4 on Python 3.13.1. All 546 tests pass including real WebSocket OCPP integration tests. 2 errors in the full default coverage run were flaky timeouts (pytest-timeout 10s) under coverage instrumentation load - they pass in isolation and in the no-cov suite.
