lazygit builds from source, all 32 unit-test packages pass (91 total assertions), the binary launches and responds to --help and --version, and integration tests run headlessly on this container

NO_COLOR=1 was set in the container environment, which caused gookit/color to disable ANSI rendering globally. ForceSetColorLevel in the test helpers only restored the color level but not the Enable flag. Fixed by saving/restoring color.Enable in all 6 affected test files. Change committed as a single fixup commit.
