MiniMind 63.91M-parameter LLM installed in venv with all dependencies, inference works on CPU generating coherent multilingual responses, OpenAI-compatible API server responds 200, and both SFT and pretrain training pipelines run end-to-end with synthetic test data.

All dependencies installed in venv. Model verified with real downloaded pytorch weights (63.91M params). CUDA not available in container; all run on CPU. Training pipeline verified end-to-end with synthetic tiny datasets. API server returns HTTP 200 with valid chat completions.
