with a user-local Go 1.24.0 toolchain the project builds, its 90 passing tests and race suite are green, the HTTP server starts and serves 200 on / and /api/v1/health with 26 platforms, and a real Sohu video was parsed, downloaded (22.6 MB), and fully decoded by ffmpeg to h264/aac.

No repo files were modified. Verified: go build exited 0; go test ./... passed (cmd + parser; 137 test functions, 90 PASS rows, 0 failures); go test -race ./... passed; go vet ./... clean; server on :18080 answered 200 on / and /api/v1/health, JSON 200 with 26 platforms on /api/v1/platforms, 401 UNAUTHORIZED without auth, 400 MISSING_PARAMETER/UNSUPPORTED_URL, 404 unknown routes; with RATE_LIMIT_RPM=1200 the same endpoints answered 200/400 as expected. Real end-to-end: `./parse-video id --source sohu --format json 399571612` returned title/author/video_url with rc=0; `./parse-video parse --format json 'https://my.tv.sohu.com/us/335942214/399571612.shtml'` and the base64 variant both returned rc=0; `./parse-video id --source sohu 399571612 --format json -d -o /tmp/dl_test` downloaded the 22,657,150-byte mp4 plus cover, and `ffmpeg -v error -i <downloaded mp4> -f null -` exited 0 with h264 960x540 + aac streams. Full go test -count=1 ./... re-run after cleanup: 0 failures. pre-commit was not installed in the container; gofmt -l flags parser/redbook.go (a pre-existing formatting issue, tests pass).
