Pinchtab builds from source, 53 of 54 Go test packages pass (1 pre-existing handlers failure), and the bridge serves HTTP 200 health checks with Chrome 131 headless.

The internal/handlers package test suite has a pre-existing failure unrelated to these changes (expected browser crash/mock scenarios). End-to-end browser navigation via the API could not be completed because background server processes are killed when exec tool invocations terminate, making cross-command API testing impossible in this environment. The bridge standalone was verified to start and serve health checks with Chrome 131.
