Package installs cleanly via pip, all 52 existing tests pass, the CLI shows all commands (agent, gateway, doctor, onboard, stop, login, reset), the gateway server starts and serves the Web UI on port 18790 responding HTTP 200.

All 52 tests pass. Gateway Web UI serves HTTP 200 on /ui (350KB HTML). No real LLM keys configured (normal - this is a self-hosted tool requiring user-provided API keys). ONNX runtime cpu affinity warnings are cosmetic container-side and do not affect functionality.
