What the test found

Quickwit 0.9.1 builds from source, runs as a server on localhost:7280, serves REST API, health check, index creation, JSON document ingestion, and full-text search all verified working.

No Docker in container so integration tests requiring S3/Kafka/Postgres skipped. All core crate unit tests pass. Server runs standalone with file-backed metastore and successfully ingests/searches data.

Argusic installed quickwit in 15 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 6 of 6 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
