Pulse tested by Argusic Runner

What the test found

Pulse server binary builds from source, frontend compiles and embeds correctly, the server starts on port 7655 serving the web UI and API, and all core Go test suites pass.

Go 1.26.7 installed from upstream tarball (no apt). Frontend built with vite + SolidJS. Server starts and serves HTTP on :7655. All Go test packages pass except 2 repoctl env-dependent tests. Frontend vitest tests all pass but teardown hangs on Node 18 (EPIPE).

Argusic installed Pulse in 25 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 2 of 2 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
