Node 18 is too old for vitest 4.x's dependency chain (oniguruma-to-es uses the /v regex flag from Node 20+ and rolldown imports node:util/styleText from Node 22+). Fixed by unpacking node-v22.23.3-linux-x64 and symlinking into .bin/. All 172 test files pass with 2102/2102 tests.
