What the test found

494 unit tests pass on Node 22.23.4 with mocking (FakeEgo test double), the build produces a CLI binary that prints help text, and type checking passes cleanly. Real browser e2e was not attempted because no ego lite runtime is available in this container.

The only fix needed was Node.js version (v22.23.4 required). No third-party keys or running services are needed for the test suite — it uses in-process mocks. The e2e suite (npm run e2e) was not run because it requires the real ego lite browser binary which is not available on this Linux container.
