Install green: dependencies in ~/.venvs/media and Node 22, sfx/music/emoji-optional media restored, doctor reports 17 ok 0 missing against a local Gemini mock, hyperframes CLI answers 0.8.159, and the repo's test suite passes except for one pre-existing test-fixture assertion in test_cutout_fx.py that was deliberately left untouched.

Doctor: 17 ok, 0 missing. tests/test_decode_levels.py ALL OK; tests/test_assemble_sync.py PASS (744 frames, 20/20 segments within 0.7 ms); tests/test_cutout_fx.py passes 10 effect renders + frame grid + cover/webm/still and the pre-release no-change check, fails only the last-frame mean<1.5 assertion (20.68) left unpatched. Produced mp4s decode cleanly via ffmpeg. Emoji/library LUTs/matte/audioQA/yt-dlp left as optional per docs. Full E2E render not run: no bundled talk.mp4/whisper words and no Whisper model download in this environment.
