Core model builds and runs forward/inference_streaming on CPU with synthetic data, producing correct output shapes. Benchmark/eval/demo/render scripts all require CUDA or additional packages (open3d, kaolin, plyfile, onnxruntime, viser) not installed. No project-level pytest suite exists.
