The fastrtc library installs in a venv, all 29 tests pass, the Kokoro TTS model generates audio, and a demo app starts under uvicorn and serves its OpenAPI schema.

System python3 requires venv due to externally-managed-environment policy. After creating a venv and installing with 'pip install -e .[dev]', 28/29 tests passed; 29/29 after adding kokoro-onnx. The WebRTC connection mixin tests (20 tests) exercise the full server-side WebRTC offer/handler/concurrency lifecycle. TTS test downloads and runs a real Kokoro ONNX model. The echo_audio demo starts under uvicorn and serves its OpenAPI spec on GET /openapi.json with 200.
