Real wgcf registration against Cloudflare API produced valid WireGuard config with IPv4/IPv6 addresses. Real usque registration against Cloudflare MASQUE API produced valid config. Both proxies started and accepted SOCKS5 connections. Only kernel-level WireGuard tunnel setup (wg-quick up, ip rule, iptables) was mocked because root/capabilities unavailable.
