What the test found

In /work/repo, `java JPM.java` (root JPM.java added) and `./mvnw` are installed and run cleanly: the JUnit test suite runs 1 test with 0 failures, Maven clean package builds the jars, and `java -jar target/my-project.jar` prints 'Hello World!'.

No mocks or third-party keys needed. `java JPM.java` auto-downloads the Maven wrapper (maven-wrapper 3.3.2) and Maven 3.9.8, so the wrapper shipped by this project can stand alone offline. JPM's first run updates itself (was already latest 3.3.13). The jar build overwrites my-project.jar with the fat jar due to appendAssemblyId=false; both the plain and fat jars are produced.
