Codewhale v0.9.11 installs from npm, the prebuilt binary starts and responds to --version/--help/doctor/exec commands, the Rust workspace checks and multi-crate tests pass, and exec sub-initializes until the expected DeepSeek API key prompt.

Prebuilt binary from npm works. Rust builds and tests pass with PKG_CONFIG_PATH and LIBRARY_PATH workarounds. Full agent loop not exercised (needs provider API key).
