uTask 1.24.0 builds into a working ELF binary (44MB), starts an HTTP server on port 8081 that serves the OpenAPI spec, responds 200 pong on health endpoint, and all 14 test packages pass on a fresh PostgreSQL 16 database.

14 test packages pass individually. The test harness reuses a single DB across all packages, causing failures when run together due to leftover templates/functions from prior suites.
