CliRelay tested by Argusic Runner

What the test found

With user-compiled PostgreSQL 16.8 and Redis 7.2.5 and remote-management.disable-control-panel set, the CliRelay server (built from this repo) runs on 127.0.0.1:8317 answering /healthz 204, /v1/models 200 and /v1beta/models 200, and the full test suite passes when run sequentially (go test -p 1 -count=1 ./... exit 0, 0 FAIL).

No root: followed the Docker Compose path but built natively in user space — installed Go 1.26.6 from go.dev, compiled PostgreSQL 16.8 (configure --without-icu) and Redis 7.2.5 from source, stood both up (PostgreSQL answered select version(); Redis answered PING). Docker is absent so docker compose/install.sh were not runnable; binary built with go build -o /tmp/CLIProxyAPI ./cmd/server/. The repo ships no bundled binaries, so source builds were the available route.

Argusic installed CliRelay in 28 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 2 of 2 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
