All 55 Python tests and 74 frontend TypeScript tests pass, Home Assistant boots on port 8123 serving HTTP 302 with the linus_dashboard integration recognized, and the frontend rspack build completes successfully.

Python tests use MagicMock fixtures; JS tests use happy-dom. HA launched with real process (HTTP 302). Frontend build succeeded. Skip: conversation component missing mutagen (non-fatal), avion component fails to build (upstream HA bug, non-fatal).
