The openagentd 2.26.0 backend server and web UI build cleanly, the suite passes 4728/4728 (12 skipped) plus 3168 web tests, the server answers 200 on /api/health/ready and /api/agents and /api/agents/registry, and a real chat turn completed against a local OpenAI-compatible mock, saving the assistant replies into the session.

Backend and web verified end to end (suite counts, ready endpoint, real chat turn through an OpenAI-compatible mock via the Ollama provider). Native Rust shells (desktop/mobile/shell-core) uncheckable: no cargo/rust toolchain in the container and no root to install one; desktop installer requires apt+sudo. No real third-party API keys are required for the core product; LLM calls verified via local mock.

Argusic installed OpenAgentd in 19 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 4 of 4 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
