npm install completed 771 packages with warnings about node version requirements; npm run build produces dist/ with manifest.json, background.js, sidepanel/panel.{js,css,html}, and content scripts; npm test passes 233 checks; integration tests pass 19; orchestrator harness passes 7; tsc typechecks without errors; repo-standards passes; 12/21 E2E tests pass in headless mode; biome reports 20 formatting/lint issues.

Install and build succeeded on first attempt. All headless tests pass: 27 validation, 206 unit, 19 integration, 7 orchestrator. E2E fails 9/21 due to UI timing in container's virtual display. API tests skip (no provider keys). Bi-annual lint issues exist but don't affect runtime/headless testing.
