Project installs cleanly, all 488 unit tests pass, typecheck and lint pass, all 14 D1 migrations apply, the worker dev server starts on port 8788 and serves the public status API (200) and admin API (200), and the frontend builds to dist/ with no errors.

Node 18 was pre-installed; upgraded to 22.14.0 then installed pnpm 10.8.1. All 14 D1 migrations applied, seed data injected, worker dev server answered 200 on public/status and admin/monitors endpoints. No real credentials needed — all local dev works with mock data.
