PHP 8.5.11 CLI with 30 extensions loads; Laravel app boots; 1604 of 1625 discovered tests pass against real SQLite in-memory database; the 1 failure is a Docker-path assertion (Oracle mysqldump client not present outside the official image) and the rest are missing MongoDB driver which is not available for standalone PHP.

Composer install completed 207 packages. Laravel 13.24.0 boots and artisan commands work. Unit tests: 97/97 passed. Feature tests: 1507/1528 passed (1 failure: mysqldump client path assertion, 5 errors: 2 missing PDO::MYSQL_ATTR_SSL_CA + 3 missing MongoDB driver, 15 skipped). The single failure is a known Docker-only difference: tests expect /opt/mysql-client/bin/mysqldump path only available in the official Docker image.
