All 30 Go packages build cleanly, the full test suite passes with -race, and the riot CLI binary responds to --help with subcommands list, snapshot, and completion.

Go was missing from the container. Installed Go 1.27.1 from golang.org to /home/runner/sdk/go/. The project built and all tests passed on first try with no fixes needed.
