Headscale builds and all 12 test packages pass — 11 hscontrol subpackages plus cmd/headscale — including the in-process servertest harness (content verification, consistency, ping). The headscale binary runs, reports version and help, and accepts commands. Go toolchain installed via extracted tarball since nix is unavailable. Integration tests requiring Docker are skipped.
