ShopNex simple-shop app installs, builds with compile mode, passes its integration test, and runs in dev mode serving the storefront (HTTP 200), admin panel (HTTP 200), GraphQL API (HTTP 200), and REST API (HTTP 200) on port 3000.

Node 18.19.1 is below the minimum 18.20.2 requirement, which caused the missing File global and potential compatibility issues. The two-phase experimental build mode was needed because the standard build exceeded the 8GB cgroup memory limit. Build compile mode works but full end-to-end production build requires running pnpm build && pnpm build:generate. Integration tests pass (1/1). The app runs in dev mode serving storefront, admin, GraphQL API, and REST API correctly.
