What the test found

dbmate installs, builds from Go source, and runs SQLite migrations (create, migrate, rollback, status, dump, load) successfully; the Go test suite passes all 9 packages; the npm package resolves to the same binary.

No Go toolchain was pre-installed; downloaded Go 1.25.0 from go.dev and extracted to /tmp/go. Built and tested using that toolchain. No PostgreSQL/MySQL/ClickHouse servers were available so those driver tests were skipped (expected). The sqlite3 CLI binary was obtained by downloading the Ubuntu sqlite3 package via apt-get download and extracting it with dpkg -x. All SQLite driver tests pass after putting the binary in PATH.
