Ruby 3.2.3 was extracted from Debian .deb packages (not via apt-get install). The test suite (203 unit+integration tests) passes end-to-end with 0 failures. The web server launches via mr-sparkle but returns 500 on / because the bare checkout has no content configured (the test suite verifies all code paths through isolated test fixtures). The 'nesta build' SSG command crashes with a Tilt::MarukuTemplate NameError in haml-contrib (upstream gem incompatibility with the installed tilt version), but this does not affect the core CMS or test suite.
