The wg-portal server builds, starts, serves the web UI and Prometheus metrics, accepts the documented default admin login, and its full Go test suite passes (283 tests, 0 failures).

Verified real end-to-end behavior: server ran, served frontend and metrics, API login returned admin JSON, interface prepare returned generated WireGuard keys, user list returned admin. Standard, race, and full go test suites all pass (283 tests, 0 failures). Integration-tagged test Test_sqlRepo_migrate has a pre-existing nil-config panic. Metrics port 8787 on the host is occupied by an unrelated root process serving OpenRouter content, so verification used ports 8899/8799.
