All 422 unit tests pass on Python 3.12, the Flask web app loads and accepts connections on port 9876 returning 500 on /healthz (expected: healthz requires Web.init which needs a Kubernetes cluster), and 3 infrastructure-dependent tests (k8s_utils, kind_cluster) are skipped as expected without a Kubernetes cluster.
