MirrorMate installs and builds, its 27-test suite passes, and the built server serves all major pages plus config, memory, and mock-Ollama-backed chat endpoints with verified 200 responses and SQLite persistence on this Node 22 + rebuilt better-sqlite3 setup.

Standard install via Bun succeeded; requires Node>=20 and a from-source rebuild of better-sqlite3. Real LLM/TTS (OpenAI/Ollama/VOICEVOX) were replaced by a schema-correct Ollama chat+embed mock since no external services exist in the container; chat, tool execution, SQLite memory persistence, and 10 of 13 HTTP routes verified real over HTTP. Memory auto-extraction stayed async/empty and audio output needs real OpenAI keys, so those are not claimed.

Argusic installed mirrormate in 9.3 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 5 of 5 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
