Prebuilt binary verified working: version prints, status/config/doctor/help/skills subcommands all succeed. Cannot fully exercise the app in headless mode because it requires real API credentials for provider calls and an Ollama endpoint for local embeddings. No tests were run because the build failed before the test targets were reachable.
