OpenAgent backend binary builds and serves HTTP at port 14000 with SQLite, all unit tests pass with -tags skipCi, and API endpoints respond correctly.

Backend builds and runs. Frontend not built (node v18 too old; project requires node 20+). All tests pass with -tags skipCi. API responds at http://localhost:14000. App requires AI provider keys for full functionality which are not mocked.

Argusic installed openagent in 15 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 7 of 7 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
